Operations Intern (Conversion to Full-Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an operations internship at an early-stage healthtech startup in Berlin focused on personalized diagnostics and preventive health. You will report directly to a founder and own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time role after 3 to 6 months. The expectation is simple: if something is manual, you automate it away.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.

- Coordinate day-to-day operations across laboratory partners, phlebotomy clinics, supplement manufacturers, and clinicians.

- Build internal tooling and automations using tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting where needed.

- Perform hands-on kit-packaging operations and handle B2B customer support.

- Design and document operational playbooks that scale customer volume without scaling headcount linearly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0 to 2 years of experience; strong academic background or equivalent hands-on operator experience welcome.

- Fluent German, required for coordinating with labs, clinicians, customers, and the local team.

- Demonstrated, hands-on experience building automations and workflows with no-code or scripting tools (n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Python, or similar).

- Comfortable owning end-to-end processes with high autonomy, this is not a shadowing or support-only role.

- Automation-first mindset: the goal is to eliminate manual work, not administer it.

- Willing and able to work on-site in Berlin five days per week.

- Available for a 3 to 6 month internship with genuine intent to convert to full-time.

- EU/EEA work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
