Technical Product Manager / Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI development, and customer outcomes for a cold chain logistics orchestration platform used by major pharmaceutical manufacturers and logistics providers. You will own the roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents that help planning, logistics, and quality teams automate compliance decisions and act on real-time recommendations. The work has real stakes: your product directly influences whether temperature-sensitive medicines and therapies arrive usable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own and drive the roadmap for core platform modules and AI agents, including live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management agents.

- Ship agentic features with a clear contract: agents surface context and reasoning, execute only what users delegate, and log every action for audit.

- Spend meaningful time with customers in pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain ops, translating regulated, complex workflows into simple, shippable product.

- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.

- Define success in concrete terms, such as decisions automated, hours returned, and releases accelerated, and measure it consistently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

- Hands-on technical foundation sufficient to engage credibly with engineering and AI/ML implementation details; a primarily managerial background without technical depth is not a fit.

- Working fluency with LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), with the discipline to avoid shipping AI for its own sake.

- Hands-on experience with React or full-stack web development; a primarily mobile-only background is not sufficient.

- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and converting messy customer needs into clear software requirements.

- Track record of defining and measuring concrete product KPIs and outcomes.

- Customer-facing discovery experience with logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.

- Experience in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a strong plus.

- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Additional benefits include five weeks PTO and full health coverage. Visa sponsorship is not available.
