Our satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions.

From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world.

Your Role

As VP - Integrity, you'll own compliance, governance, security and legal risk across constellr — critical work for a company operating at the intersection of commercial space, dual-use technology and government/defense customers. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team spanning quality, export control, cybersecurity and legal, and report directly into board and audit forums.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own constellr's GRC (governance, risk & compliance) strategy

• Lead the Integrity team across quality/audit, export control, compliance, cybersecurity and security

• Own board and audit reporting on risk and compliance matters

• Build and maintain constellr's enterprise risk management framework

• Represent constellr in regulatory and government-facing compliance matters

Job requirements

About you

Required:

• Significant leadership experience in compliance, legal, GRC or security functions

• Experience with export control and/or classified information handling (Geheimschutz) is highly relevant

• Strong stakeholder management with executives, boards and regulators

• Fluent German and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in aerospace, defense or another dual-use/regulated industry

• Familiarity with ISO 27001/9001 and NATO/government security frameworks

• Legal or compliance qualification
