OVERVIEW
POSITION SUMMARY
The Punch / Repair Specialist is responsible for resolving field-related installation issues, completing quality repairs and adjustments, and helping ensure that every project meets the high standards of Construction Resources. This position works closely with Scheduling and Operations while also developing strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and field partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to finding effective solutions to difficult field conditions.

The Punch / Repair Specialist should become a trusted problem-solver for the field and inside teams—someone who can identify issues, develop solutions, communicate clearly, protect the customer experience, and help Construction Resources continuously improve its installation and punch processes.
