Job Description:

Supervises field staff and schedules care delivered in the homes of CoxHealth at Home clients after regular business hours and on weekends and holidays.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Preferred: Minimum one (1) year office experience in service related setting. ▪ Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare environment. Skills: ▪ Ability to function independently, organize and prioritize responsibilities efficiently and demonstrate good judgment. ▪ Must work well under stress and adapt to changing conditions. ▪ Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field staff, physicians and community resources, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly. ▪ Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
