About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for an Executive Assistant to support three VP-level leaders across our global Engineering organization. This role provides administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with Engineering teams and cross-functional groups to keep leaders and their organizations running smoothly.
This is a hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA. Onsite presence of 2 days per week is required, with additional in-office attendance to support executive meetings, onsites, and team events.
What You'll Do:
Calendar and Meeting Management
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars in Google calendar across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and reprioritizing as business needs shift sometimes without direction.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, staff meetings, and department all-hands — including agenda distribution, materials prep, notes, and action-item follow-up
- Follow up to ensure commitments and deliverables are met by others across the org
Travel and Expense
- Book and manage domestic and international travel, proactively adjusting for schedule changes and disruptions
- Brief leaders on relevant travel considerations — visas, currency, weather, and local logistics — and coordinate with Global Security on advisories where applicable
- Complete accurate, timely expense reconciliation and reporting in line with company policy
- Serve as an approval delegate for travel requests and expense reports on behalf of supported executives, applying company travel and expense policy and escalating exceptions or out-of-policy items to the executive or manager
Events and Program Coordination
- Plan and organize group activities and events for up to ~60 attendees without additional support, identifying who will do what and when, and monitoring progress and resource use
- Track meeting budgets, following approval workflows and coordinating with procurement teams, catering, activities, and travel logistics
- Coordinate logistics for recurring talent programs — annual performance review and mid-year promotion cycles — including scheduling review sessions, communicating deadlines, and tracking documentation completeness in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition
Operational Support and Partnership
- Take personal responsibility, with guidance from your manager, for well-defined recurring projects such as weekly status reporting and onsite planning
- Identify and act on issues within your area of responsibility rather than waiting for escalation; try varied approaches and persist when difficulties arise
- Surface process friction points and improvement ideas to your manager and the broader EA team
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with EA peers, Engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners; navigate ambiguity and help resolve scheduling and prioritization conflicts across teams
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with consistent discretion and sound judgment
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of executive administrative support experience, including direct support of senior leaders (Director level or above), or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Demonstrated experience booking and managing complex domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries, visa and documentation requirements, and real-time rebooking during disruptions
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones for multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive — is required
- Proficiency with Zoom and Slack is required
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow — for example, drafting and editing communications, summarizing meetings and documents, researching travel and logistics, or preparing briefing materials — and enthusiasm for adopting new AI tooling as it becomes available
- Experience acting as an approval delegate for travel and expense workflows, with working knowledge of T&E policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail — reviews all relevant information before acting and proactively seeks review of your own work
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate group events and meetings independently
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information
- Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA on a hybrid schedule
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically with advance notice to support leadership meetings, onsites, and conferences
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Workday, Expensify, Confluence, Navan, and Coupa
- Experience supporting Product or Engineering leadership
- Experience at a high-growth technology company, SaaS company, or startup
- Cybersecurity industry knowledge
- Experience supporting distributed or globally dispersed teams
