Full Time Holiday Station Manager

Location: Roseville, MN Reports to: Operations Manager Rate of Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 / year based on experience Bonus: Up to 40% bonus, paid quarterly Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Jerry’s is seeking an individual who: • Hire and train all employees ensuring excellent customer service and safety awareness • Understands the equipment needed/used (gas pumps, car wash, etc.) • Can problem solve quickly and communicate any store issues to operations • Assist with merchandising and receiving products (lifting up to 50lbs.)

Jerry’s would love to see an individual who: • Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team • Has experience working in a retail setting (1-2 years preferred); 1+ years experience managing in a food/gas environment (preferred) • Knows about planning, coordinating, and managing a store’s daily functions • Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• FREQUENT: 15% of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.
• OCCASIONAL: Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.

Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 2000 force pounds, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine), reaching, standing, turning

Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), squatting, stooping/bending, walking
