The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program.

What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues to reduce product warranty
- Root cause identification
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Work with our test department for lab and field testing as needed
- Analyze data and document results
- Create documentation for lessons learned library
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering BS Major in an ABET accredited engineering program. Minimum GPA: 3.2. Completed at least sophomore or junior year of coursework.
- Fluent in Microsoft tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D drafting tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
- Basic understanding of statics and dynamics calculations, GD&T, and Design for Manufacturing.
- Clear verbal and written skills to work with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and engagement in technical personal projects and engineering clubs.
- A desire to be hands on.
- Willingness to take feedback constructively.
