The Shop Manager is responsible for providing daily leadership to team members, maintaining current shop procedure and scheduling. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial, quality, support and that all compliances are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary Focus is to track, rebuild, and maintain motor and running tool inventory.
• Establish and supervise the motor and running tool rebuild process.
• Manage all shop hands assisting in motor and running tool rebuilds.
• Regulate shop inventory and motor / running tool supplies.
• Oversee entire motor / running tool inventory – knowing how many clean and dirty motors / running tools there are at all times.
• Manage the transportation and delivery method of motors / running tools to our mobile locations.
• Participate in “on-call” responsibilities.
• Maintain all HSE protocols and ensure that all responsibilities are up to date.
• Maintain purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience

• 2+ Years’ Shop experience in building Down-Hole Tools / Mud Motors

• Ability to lead others.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of all aspects of motors and running tools
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer/laptop skills
• Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
