We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Pekin, United States location (1810 Court St.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Pekin area
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactions
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all completed deliveries
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of service quality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
• Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules consistently
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as business demands
• Knowledge of the Pekin area and local road networks (preferred)
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration
