Patient Services -Reception Trainer
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday | Hours will vary.
- Location: Downers Grove, IL

RESPONSIBILITES:
The Reception Trainer is responsible for assisting the department manager trainer with new hire onboarding, training, continuing education, retraining and covering for the department trainer. This role is also responsible for assisting with the organization of training materials/documents and on-site training. The trainer assists with quality monitoring, improvement, and complex issue resolution.
Process/On Site - Training
- Responsible for the orientation process of new reception staff hires. Responsible for the ongoing training and development of all reception staff to maintain competencies and standard workflow.
- Develops and oversees training course materials and ensure training materials are up to date. Assemble and updates handbooks/materials
- Assists training team in developing and implementing work plans and goals for all front-end operations. Retrains Front desk members as needed.
- Participates in weekly/monthly quality control activities to ensure accuracy and excellence in patient care. Distributes feedback to staff in timely manner
- Circulates throughout all Chicagoland Duly offices (along with peers) to observe and/or retrain high and low performers.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Previous experience within training, patient services, or EPIC required.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $58,000-87,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
