Lead HVAC Technician

Electric Air is building a modern home climate company.

We install heat pumps across the Bay Area and have developed our own heat pump product platform, Redwood, designed around simpler retrofits, thoughtful design, and a better homeowner experience.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

Total Earnings Potential $160,000 / year.

- $45-60+ per hour, depending on experience!

- $250 bonus per successful installation completed

- $2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC.

- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians

• Proficiency with all of the following:
• Refrigerant handling
• High & low-voltage wiring
• Ductwork
• Sheet metal fabrication
• California building code
