Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across the Nordic region, covering Finland, Norway and Sweden. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, you will align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Do
- Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and regional growth plans.
- Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, workplace policies, employee relations matters, and HR best practices across Finland, Norway and Sweden.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Champion performance management processes and coach managers to drive employee growth, engagement and accountability.
- Lead HR support for organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and a positive employee experience.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations and employment standards.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and company culture.
- Act as a key stakeholder in compensation and benefits reviews, helping ensure competitive and compliant programmes across the region.
- Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records to the highest standard, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners, including legal advisors, benefits providers and recruitment agencies.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with recruitment teams as required.
- Travel regularly across the Nordic region and occasionally to other European locations.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years operating in an HR Business Partner capacity.
- Experience supporting multiple countries within the Nordic region, ideally Finland, Norway and Sweden.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across the Nordics.
- Experience operating within a multinational organisation, preferably within the technology, managed services, engineering or data centre sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in a Data Centre environment is preferred.
