Authorised Repair Centre Coordinator

Position Overview
Authorised Repair Centre coordinators are a highly important role in several aspects.
Technical support and follow up on issues are a key part of the satisfaction of our Authorised Repair Centres.
Technical skilled coordinator which is responsible to coordinate all issues between our Authorised Repair Centre network and ESAB. Escalate issues to the appropriate line managers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily implementation of the safety culture and driving of safety improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for compliance with all legal, tariff and operational rules.
- Improve the level of service delivery/quality to a world-class standard.
- Act as key point of contact for our Authorised Repair Centres.
- Warranty handling with our Authorised Repair Centres.
- Responsible for training of the personnel for our Authorised Repair Centres.
- Responsible for quality control and auditing of our Authorised Repair Centres.
- Responsible for the technically correct support towards our Authorised Repair Centres.
- Escalate issues or support needed to appropriate ESAB stakeholders
- Fault diagnosis and correction remotely and, if necessary, at the customer's and/or Authorized Repair Centres premises
- Supporting the ESAB sales force on technical issues.
- Collation of market intelligence and agreement on appropriate products and services to introduce to meet the market needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of the Aftermarket budget by satisfying customer's needs and feeding leads and valuable business opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Interface for Quality Reporting of ESAB products from the customer site to the internal stakeholders.
- Implement the ESAB values into service delivery.
- Consolidate and check available Authorised Repair Centres After Market data to support creation of KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement to drive effectiveness, efficiency and improve customer experience in Aftermarket.
Qualifications
- Language Requirements : English B1 intermediate, and local language.
- Education Requirements : Mechanical maintenance, electrical, IT, industrial and welding/cutting skills. ISCED 5*
- Experience Requirements : High level of technical ability on Technical Services and Industrial engineered equipment.
- Mobility & Travel Requirements : Available to travel in the region with occasional travels in Europe if required by business
- Driving License.
- Expert ESAB Technical Product Knowledge is a plus
- Good ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. (team meetings, customer contact)
- Intermediate IT skills (MS office applications, Service Management software)
