CRNA Opportunity – CHRISTUS San Marcos – San Marcos, TX Independent Practice | $303K W2 | 9 Weeks Off + Post Call Weeks

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX. Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of care—just under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

• $303,000 (W2)
• 9 weeks off per year + 3-5 weeks of post-call off
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, Healthy Peds, Neuro and OB/GYN
• Call is 1:9 weeks, the following post-call week is off
• 2-3 24-HR OB shifts per month with post-call day off
• OB deliveries average <60/month
• CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily
• Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support!
• Open to new graduates!

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, but we’re happy to train!
• New Grads Welcome!
