CRNA - Southwest Medical Center - Lawton, OK | No Call, Elective Case, $350,000 and $20k Sign-On!

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites.

Position Highlights:

• $350,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot
• 8 Weeks Off
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500
• Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily
• Cases: all elective cases! Mainly GI and Dental Peds, with very occasional Peds ENT case.
• Out of grid compensation
• 1 spot left on the team!

Qualifications:

• Board Certified
• Eligible for Oklahoma licensure
• Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment
