The Risk Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the processes and operations of the Enterprise Risk Management team.
Key Activities
- Serves as a “consultant” to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving current practices or implementing new programs and process within the Risk function.
- Works on assignments that range from quantitative analytical projects and qualitative analysis in support of programming.
- Leads ad hoc qualitative analysis such as supporting the research, recommendations and implementation of new products and services and developing and updating policies and procedures.
- Analyze and evaluate risks affecting the organization’s operations, performance, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Track risk indicators consistently and communicate findings to leadership, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
- Develop comprehensive risk reports and deliver presentations tailored for both internal and System stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving trends in enterprise risk management.
- Lead risk awareness training sessions and facilitate workshops to promote a strong culture of risk understanding throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant experience. A background in risk, compliance or audit are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
- Strong organization skills and relationship building are preferred.

Salary:
- $64,000 -$82,8000 / Analyst Experienced level
- $71,100-$92,000 / Analyst Senior level
- Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
