SAP COE Quote to Cash - Pricing and Billing

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Billing & Pricing Consultant with 7–10 years of SAP experience to support Fresenius Medical Care SAP Operations in Pricing and Billing. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, resolving production issues, enhancing billing and pricing processes, and driving continuous improvements within SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP SD Billing, Pricing, Rebates/Condition Contracts, Revenue Recognition integration, and S/4HANA Sales processes, along with experience in AMS support, incident management, and business stakeholder engagement.

Tasks*

1) Main tasks:

AMS Support

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP S/4HANA SD Billing and Pricing processes. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Monitor business-critical processes and ensure service continuity. Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to resolve issues. Support month-end and year-end billing activities.

Enhancement & Project Activities

Gather and analyze business requirements. Design and implement enhancements in billing and pricing processes. Configure new pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and account determination. Support rollout and optimization initiatives within Sales and Distribution. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate developments with ABAP teams. Conduct testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. Support deployment and hypercare activities.

SAP Billing Responsibilities

• Configure and support:Billing documents Invoice lists Credit memos and debit memos Returns billing Intercompany billing Proforma invoices Cancellation and rebilling processes
• Handle billing output management and integration with Finance.

SAP Pricing Responsibilities

• Design and maintain:Pricing Procedures Condition Types Access Sequences Condition Tables Pricing Routines and Requirements
• Analyze pricing determination issues.
• Support customer-specific pricing scenarios.
• Configure discounts, surcharges, freight, taxes, rebates, and promotions.
• Work on Condition Contract Management (CCM) in S/4HANA.

Integration Responsibilities

• Collaborate with:SAP FI/CO SAP MM SAP CS/Service SAP Vistex (preferred) SAP Revenue Recognition solutions SAP CPI/EDI interfaces
• Ensure seamless integration across Order-to-Cash processes.
