Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
What you’ll do
Joining Fever as a Business Product Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of commercial performance and product expertise within our Business Development organisation. You will lead tailored product demonstrations for enterprise and strategic opportunities, enable BD teams with deep product knowledge, and translate platform capabilities into partner value. Every high-potential deal should receive a technically accurate, commercially compelling demonstration delivered by a specialist who understands both the partner's business and Fever's platform.
Your role involves owning the demo engine end-to-end, from sandbox environments and templates to trackers and recorded libraries, while building the enablement resources that allow the broader BD team to operate independently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure demos and enablement materials reflect the latest platform capabilities. This role requires native-level English and German proficiency, as you will be engaging with senior stakeholders and partners in a fast-paced international environment. We welcome candidates from diverse international backgrounds, provided they can communicate in English at a native or bilingual level.
As part of your professional development, Fever is committed to investing in your growth through targeted training and coaching on the following topics:
Key responsibilities
- Demo Execution & Customisation: Lead standard and mid-complexity product demonstrations independently, adapting demo flows to each partner's vertical (Sports, Museums, Heritage, Hospitality) and specific business needs. Manage demo requests across BD and Product, guiding decisions on the right solution to showcase. Escalate only the largest enterprise and RFP deals to senior team members.
- Demo Scalability & Infrastructure: Own the demo engine end-to-end: trackers, sandbox environments, templates, and recorded demo libraries. Apply qualification criteria to incoming demo support requests to ensure the team focuses on high-value opportunities. Continuously improve shared demo assets and self-service materials to increase BD self-sufficiency.
- BD Enablement & Training: Contribute content to onboarding and training programmes for BD teams, covering product capabilities, box office, and access control. Support office hours, coaching sessions, and deal-specific guidance to help BDRs position the product effectively. Maintain and update enablement materials to reflect the latest product state.
- Product-to-Market Alignment: Serve as a product expert for the BD organisation, supporting live deals, RFPs, and narrative development. Maintain current knowledge across the Fever ecosystem, including acquired solutions (OneBox, Casfid, Atom, DICE). Consolidate partner feedback and market signals into insights that inform Product priorities by vertical.
- Competitive Positioning: Keep battlecards current for key competitors (Eventim, Ticketmaster, and others). Contribute to comparison guides and objection-handling frameworks. Monitor competitive activity and surface relevant signals to the BD team.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure demos and enablement materials align with company objectives. Coordinate with the Strategic Projects team on RFP opportunities requiring product expertise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders. Support senior team members in managing complex stakeholder ecosystems for high-value deals.
- Language Proficiency: Native-level English is required. We welcome candidates from diverse international backgrounds, provided they can communicate in English at a native or bilingual level, both written and spoken. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum one year in presales, product demonstrations, solution consulting, or a client-facing role within the technology, entertainment, or events sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Strong ability to learn and articulate complex platform capabilities. Comfort navigating SaaS products, ticketing systems, or marketplace platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse demo performance, conversion rates, and win/loss outcomes to continuously improve demo effectiveness.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisation in managing demo pipelines, maintaining sandbox environments, and keeping enablement materials current across multiple verticals.
- Communication Skills: Confident, clear communication in demo settings and stakeholder interactions. Proven ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and handle live Q&A.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and implements solutions swiftly, particularly when adapting demos to unexpected partner requirements.
- Learning & Adaptability: Eager to build depth across Fever's ecosystem, including acquired solutions, and to grow into leading enterprise-level demos.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, demo platforms, and project management software, with an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
