Creative Producer

fal is looking for talented creative producer to create high-quality product and launch content across our marketing.

We ship quickly. A new fal product might be launching in three days, or a model partner might tell us they're going live next week. We need someone who can jump in, understand what we're launching, and quickly turn it into great video content.

This is a hands-on role. You'll concept, edit, and produce the work yourself, working closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Create launch and product videos for new fal products, features, and model releases.
• Take projects from brief to final output: concepting, storyboarding, screen recording, editing, motion graphics, sound, and finishing.
• Create polished 30–60 second hero videos for major launches.
• Cut launch content into short-form versions for Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Create follow-up product demos, feature clips, model showcases, and other video content to support launches after day one.
• Capture and animate product UI and turn raw product footage into clean, compelling demos.
• Use generative image, video, and audio models to create assets and incorporate AI-generated content into your work.
• Work directly with the product team to understand what's launching and identify the best way to show it.
• Move quickly when launches come together on short timelines, while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Who you are

• Your portfolio should include examples of product or technology storytelling, motion design, UI animation, and short-form content. For selected projects, be prepared to explain your individual contribution, timeline, and creative process.
• You're an excellent video editor with a strong portfolio of product, technology, launch, or social content.
• You have strong motion design skills, particularly around UI, typography, and product animation.
• You can independently take a project from a rough brief to a polished final video.
• You have strong visual taste and a good sense of pacing, sound, typography, and storytelling.
• You're fast and resourceful. You're comfortable turning around great work in a few days when needed.
• You don't need everything perfectly scoped before getting started. You can work with ambiguity and figure things out as you go.
• You're comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams.
• You understand how to adapt content for different social platforms and formats.
• You're excited about generative AI and comfortable experimenting with AI-generated image, video, and audio.
• You're hands-on. If you need an asset, you make it. If you need a screen recording, you capture it. If something isn't working, you figure out another way.

Bonus

• Experience creating launch videos or product films for technology companies.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, Resolve, Figma, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong sound design skills.
• Experience using generative AI as part of a professional creative workflow.
• Experience working at a fast-moving startup or creative studio.
