Our Regional Scheduling Coordinator help make sure children receive the ABA therapy they need by matching individualized treatment needs with the right clinicians and available hours. Every day brings a new challenge, so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and find solutions when plans change.

You’ll build strong relationships with parents, BCBAs, Clinic Directors, and clinical teams while creating and managing schedules, coordinating coverage, and helping ensure every child receives their recommended treatment hours.

This position is in person 5 day a week from 7AM - 4 PM

What We're Looking For

• High-volume scheduling experience required
• Someone local to the Walnut Creek area
• A people person who enjoys being building relationships with parents and clinicians in the center
• Someone who stays calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Someone who thinks ahead and takes ownership
• A collaborative teammate who follows through

$24-$27/hr depending on experience.
