Job Description:
Position Summary:
Manage all internal finance and accounting aspects, which include key support for the budget and planning process, oversight of revenue recognition, execution of cost control initiatives, and implementation of internal controls for Agency departments and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Agency financial performance, including balance sheet management, P&L oversight, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Lead month-end close activities, including overseeing client revenue recognition and financial analysis to ensure accurate agency reporting.
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and data integrity.
- Partner with account, operational, and executive leadership teams to drive financial performance and informed decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing department.
- Support existing and new business initiatives through pricing strategy, financial modeling, and contract profitability analysis.
- Monitor agency profitability and resource utilization, recommending actions to improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities to support scalability, accuracy, and business objectives.
- Review and update client agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Agency requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience required

$110,000.000 - $135,000.00
