Job Description:

. Delivers through leadership and oversight of large, diverse teams to meet business/network/agency and functional priorities. Has responsibility for developing and setting policies within their respective area of responsibility. Ensures effective delivery of objectives, maintaining compliance and maximizing efficiency. Collaborates with other leaders to align activities with organizational/network/agency goals, drive continuous improvement, and foster a productive work culture; may lead a major brand or an entire agency. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
