Media Planning and Buying

Job Description:

• Train and mentor juniors and manage their day-to-day workload
• Develop strategic media POV’s and hone your writing skills
• Develop creative media plans according to strategy, considering all potential media vehicles (Digital, Search, social, broadcast, print, OOO, etc.)
• Present media plans to client
• Ensure execution of plans
• Assume ownership of plan revisions due to budget or strategic changes
• Build solid relationship with buyers and account groups
• Assist Strategy Supervisor on client deliverables
• Liaise directly with clients
• Negotiate media rates with suppliers
• Use of OMD Design in strategy planning
• Broaden knowledge and understanding of partner agency disciplines
• Utilize all available (industry) media measurement tools
• Sound understanding of Media Research Tools (Omni)
• Participation in all relevant corporate training
