Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Leadership:
- Create the vision and implementation for Digital initiatives in the US, working in collaboration with stakeholders
- across PHD, setting ambitious goals to advance the client's digital maturity and reach across Digital channels.
- Identify emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms to leverage to advance the strategic development of
- digital media strategy.
- Provide thought leadership, competitive benchmarking, industry insights, and best practices.
- Ensure all opportunities have a focus on brand safety and suitability, and adhere to all advertising requirements.
- Own relationships with media vendors & partners (e.g., Google, TTD), including leading JBPs & QBRs.
- Collaborate on new ways to operationalize Biddable media to achieve greater effectiveness and business
- outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional team leads across Media Operations, Creative, Data Privacy, and Analytics to
- collaborate on solutions.
- Oversee the development of team members, including reviews, constructive feedback, and identifying career
- growth paths.
Media Activation:
- Drive the vision, strategy, execution, and day-to-day responsibilities of the Media activation team in Search,
- Programmatic, Video, Audio, and Social Media.
- Propose new ways of approaching media buying to continue to drive business growth and challenge the status quo.
- Work with internal agency and holding company stakeholders to leverage enterprise relationships when possible
- and to help inform agency/holding company direction on topics based on client needs.
- Continue to evolve the Digital/Performance team to meet the demands of the ever-changing digital media
- ecosystem.
- Develop the team to be cross-tier and cross-functional for optimal management of campaigns and dollars.
- Act as a leader for the Client team and PHD to develop and deliver well-thought-out POVs on industry-changing
- topics like GDPR, CCPA, AI, CAPI, etc..
- Advise and educate clients on these topics in advance of their rollouts to manage expectations and drive for
- smooth transitions.
- Be versed in both Digital platforms and technology, having a POV on hot industry topics and trends.
- Be fluent and champion the benefits of leading tech and data stack offerings
- Strong marketplace knowledge, reputation, and relationships.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Media/Marketing
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives in complex
- organizations
- In-depth knowledge of digital media trends, technologies, and platforms across all digital media channels, content
- management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into
- actionable digital strategies
- Experience in building, leading, and delegating to a team, client-facing, strong strategic vision, and ability to
- execute excellent marketplace relationships
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, cultivate, and motivate a team through positive reinforcement while
- championing accountability
- Foster growth with team members to develop skill sets both within and beyond their titled disciplines
- Ability to work across functions (strategy and marketing science) to bring client goals to an actionable result
- Process and detail-oriented
- Willingness to embrace change – ways of working, processes, tools, etc.
- Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement
