Who You Are
You’re a strategic, data-driven media leader with strong healthcare/pharma experience and a passion for building smart, omnichannel plans that drive results. You connect audience insights, channel strategy, and investment decisions into clear, actionable recommendations.
You’re equally comfortable leading client converations as you are overseeing execution, budgets, and optimization. You thrive in a regulated environment, bring proactive solutions to the table and elevate the work and the team around you.

What You’ll Own
Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
- Serve as the strategic media lead and primary decision-maker for assigned brands
- Translate brand and business objectives into full funnel, omnichannel media strategies
- Lead development of the annual strategic and tactical media plans grounded in audience insights, data and performance analytics
- Present recommendations, results and forward-looking strategies confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
- Develop strong, consultative client relationships, act as a trusted advisor with strong, informed point of view
- Contribute to new business initiatives and participate in agency growth opportunities
Omnichannel Planning & Execution
- Oversee all aspects of plan development across biddable media (SEM, social, programmatic), endemic, point-of-care, custom programs, conferences/events, video and emerging channels
- Ensure alignment between channel strategy, creative messaging and customer journey
- Supervise plan execution including RFP development, partner negotiations, buying oversight, trafficking coordination and launch
- Ensure budget stewardship, accurate financial tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and ensure compliance with internal, client and regulatory guidelines (including pharma-specific requirements)
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and skill development
- Provide clear direction, constructive feedback and performance guidance
- Promote collaboration across planning, analytics, activation, strategy and creative teams
- Lead by example, modeling accountability, integrity, inclusivity and solutions-oriented mindset
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
- 5 – 7+ years of media planning experience (Pharma vertical is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferred

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
