What You’ll Do
The LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network is a member of the Collaborative Impact team of the Foundation for California Community Colleges and supports meaningful connections between students and employers in California through work-based learning and support services. Our role is to support efforts to bring relevancy and real-world experience to students in California through growing the quantity and quality of work-based learning, with an emphasis on registered apprenticeship, but also includes job shadowing, classroom presentations, internships, and other job training opportunities.
This position serves as the primary operational liaison between LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network and Riverside City College, supporting the administration of the college's registered apprenticeship program. The role focuses on coordinating LAUNCH processes, maintaining accurate program data and records, and supporting apprentices throughout the lifecycle from onboarding through completion. It works closely with LAUNCH's Programs, Operations, Compliance, and Regional teams, as well as Riverside City College staff, to ensure timely communication, accurate data management, and consistent implementation of LAUNCH sponsor processes. This position does not perform college personnel or labor functions, but instead supports sponsor-related processes, system administration, recordkeeping, and operational coordination.
