Role Overview:

Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR Agentic Bot — integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries on Azure.

What You'll do

• Architect Azure-native infrastructure (Azure Functions, AKS, App Service, APIM) for agentic workloads
• Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven)
• Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scale
• Guide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy
• Lead sprint-0 architecture workshops; own technical sign-offs

Primary Tech Stack: Azure (AKS, Functions, App Service, APIM, AI Search) LangGraph LangChain Python Microservices Event-driven architecture REST/SOAP API design Docker CI/CD

You bring

• 10+ years in software engineering; 4+ years as a solution/application architect
• Hands-on Azure cloud architecture — not just advisory
• Prior experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale
• Exposure to GenAI / agentic systems strongly preferred
• Bangalore-based; available for 2-3 days a week in office
