About Us –

• Freeman Nephrology and Dialysis consists of a multidisciplinary team-working together to provide compassionate care for patients with various kidney-related diseases requiring dialysis treatment.
• Outpatient dialysis services are provided at Freeman Hospital East and Webb City Neighborhood Care.
• Freeman Health System Outpatient Dialysis in Webb City features 24 comfortable chairs, state-of-the-art equipment, innovative technology and a safe, private environment for patients.
• You will have the ability to develop relationships with your patients on a personal level and make a difference in their lives.
• Partner of Saint Luke s Health System Kidney Transplant Program.

Schedule - Part - Time 30 hours/week

What You'll Do-

Under the direction of a professional RN, participates in the systematic and continual assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; the planning and implementation of appropriate interventions; and the evaluation of effectiveness and adjustment of a plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.

Requirements - •A Titer For Hepatitis B Surface Antibodies. •Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence. •AHA BLS For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days. •Dialysis Skills Lab Annually By Transcript Due Date.
