You will be part of the office team and conduct daily interactions with warehouse personnel in all related functions. Create a positive work environment though real-time observation and specific, constructive and actionable feedback. Working with a sense of urgency will help ensure that operational plans are executed, performance goals are achieved and teams are kept informed. You’ll have the autonomy to innovate with new approaches to processes, all in the name of continuous improvement. Your ability to find root causes to problems will be well supported by an environment of calculated risk and testing. And your commitment to others will shine when you work alongside of team members to assist them with meeting their team and individual goals.

Position offers a starting hourly range of $23 - $29 Hr. USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

  • What You Drive at DTNA
  • Support and demonstrate a safe and ethical work environment and working culture.
  • Continually analyze current state processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • General administrative functions including excellent customer service, phone coverage, data entry, receiving vendor packing slips, researching and resolving discrepancies with vendors, the warehouse and carriers. Maintain trailer log and other duties as assigned.
  • Processing and researching Parts Adjustment Requests and Credit Requests. Including researching problems, vendor returns and carrier issues.
  • Assisting other team members with special projects, and the ability to cross-train job functions in other departments.
  • Generate and participate in continuous improvement ideas (TOS).

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of related experience OR an Associate’s Degree (or higher) in lieu of experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
  • Strong PC skills with ability to manage files and folders electronically
  • ​Experience with coordinating multiple activities & projects at once
  • Interact with customers, provide customer service over the phone and research and resolve customer issues
  • Research, approve and process customer discrepancies and returns.
  • Interact with suppliers
  • Provide general administrative support to a fast-paced Distribution Center
  • Run reports, analyze data and provide detailed information to Leadership and other functional areas within the Distribution Center
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple and varied responsibilities

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Previous experience within an operational environment; i.e. manufacturing, distribution or transportation
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong Customer focus and previous face time experience with customers
  • Ability to manage data using Microsoft Access preferred
  • SQL experience and ability to create queries preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Administrative and Office experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Shipping and Receiving preferred
