You'll help build Furo from the ground up — across product, operations, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, investment banking, or hypergrowth startup)

- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and make decisions independently

- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

- Curiosity for the energy transition and climate tech space

- Fluent in German (at least C1)
