Job Description

Responsibilities Support delivery of risk advisory tasks and assessments. Conduct risk analysis and assist in developing mitigation plans. Collaborate with teams to prepare client deliverables. Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy. Contribute to research on risk trends and regulations. 1. Business Development & Client Support

• Support the Director / Practice Lead in identifying, shaping, and progressing business development opportunities across Risk Advisory.
• Attend client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions; capture key discussion points, client pain points, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Convert client conversations into clear problem statements, solution themes, action plans, proposals, and follow-up materials.
• Prepare client-ready materials including pitch decks, credentials, solution notes, proposal responses, case studies, and meeting packs.
• Coordinate follow-ups after client meetings, ensuring actions are tracked, owners are assigned, and timelines are maintained.
• Support pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, revenue forecasting, proposal governance, and bid management.
• Work with internal SMEs, delivery leads, offshore teams, and solution teams to shape practical and commercially viable solutions.

2. Chief of Staff Support to Practice Lead

• Act as a trusted execution partner to the Risk Advisory leadership team.
• Track key priorities across revenue, pipeline, hiring, delivery, finance, team utilisation, capability building, and internal initiatives.
• Prepare leadership dashboards, weekly updates, action trackers, revenue views, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure smooth practice management.
• Support internal governance meetings, leadership reviews, account planning sessions, and business performance reviews.
• Maintain a single view of key initiatives, risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Help drive discipline around follow-through, documentation, and timely execution.

3. Risk Advisory Solutioning

• Support solution development across areas such as regulatory reporting, regulatory change, governance, controls, compliance transformation, operational risk, financial crime, data governance, process transformation, and reporting automation.
• Translate client challenges into structured consulting responses, operating model options, delivery plans, and benefits cases.
• Work with SMEs to develop industry-relevant points of view, thought leadership, benchmarking insights, and reusable solution assets.
• Support the creation of accelerators, playbooks, capability decks, credentials, and case studies for the Risk Advisory practice.
• Bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems and help convert them into practical, executable solutions.

4. Delivery Mobilisation & Execution Support

• Support mobilisation of new engagements by coordinating scope, deliverables, staffing, timelines, governance, and commercials.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure client commitments are clearly understood and tracked.
• Support preparation of project initiation materials, status packs, RAID logs, governance packs, and client updates.
• Help identify delivery risks, resource gaps, dependency issues, and escalation points.
• Ensure lessons learned, case studies, and delivery credentials are captured for future business development.

5. Hiring, Team Development & Capability Building

• Coordinate with hiring teams to track open roles, candidate pipeline, interview progress, onboarding, and skill requirements.
• Help define role requirements for consultants, business analysts, SMEs, PMOs, and delivery support roles.
• Support capability building initiatives such as training plans, knowledge-sharing sessions, communities of practice, and reusable content libraries.
• Maintain skill matrices, team capacity views, and capability trackers across the Risk Advisory team.
• Support onboarding of new joiners by creating role-specific context packs and delivery/project
