We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Product Manager who will direct product development from conception to launch and lead discovery, prioritization, and execution for the Geotab Video Platform (GVP) team. What you’ll do:

As a Product Manager your key area of responsibility will be owning the product life cycle end to end, from discovery and validation through build, launch, and post launch measurement to build the right thing and get it out the door at pace. You will need to work closely with design, engineering, support, sales, service teams, and leadership stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter who sets direction, runs it down with little training or onboarding, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong product judgment backed by data fluency, a track record of personally owning shipped software products that moved measurable business results, and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and lead cross-functional teams to ship repeatedly and at pace.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Perform customer discovery interviews to identify product gaps, pain points, and opportunities that improve customer experience and grow market share.
• Develop the product roadmap, align internal stakeholders to the strategy, and contribute to the long-term product vision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support) to execute product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Prioritize features and epics by balancing short-term commercial goals against long-term strategic investments and technical debt.
• Define and track qualitative and quantitative reporting mechanisms to monitor product outcomes and measure ongoing success.
• Collaborate with sales and retention teams to execute feedback loops (such as win-loss and satisfaction analysis) and integrate insights into planning.
• Translate customer needs into user stories and feature epics while clearly communicating the "Why" and business objectives to all stakeholders.
• Promote best practices to continuously improve the Product Management practice at Geotab.

What you’ll bring to this role:

• Bachelors in a related field, Post-secondary Diploma/Degree, or equivalent work experience (Degree specialization in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field highly valued).
• 5+ years of required previous experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• A track record of products you personally owned that reached real users and moved measurable business results.
• Strong product judgment backed by data fluency (comfort with SQL or analytics tooling is a plus).
• Proven ability to get a cross-functional team to ship, repeatedly and at pace.
• Experience in telematics, video, IoT, safety, B2B SaaS, or zero-to-one / early-stage / scale-up environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• A self-starter who sets direction, requires minimal training or onboarding, is comfortable with a high-intensity workload, and is based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for onsite work.
