Are you ready to join Lindt & Sprüngli’s Global Direct-to-Consumer team that leads both our physical and online stores? In this exciting role, you will drive the development of our 21+ eCommerce sites (Adobe Commerce) and support markets with delivering profitable sales and best-in-class customer experience. The role will report into the Senior Manager Global D2C eCommerce.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage the global Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) platform across 21+ markets, ensuring alignment with business and market requirements.
- Lead the delivery of new features and continuous improvements for our eCommerce platform in close collaboration with agency partners, including backlog prioritization, release management, and issue triage.
- Ensure stable 24/7 operations of our eCommerce platform in collaboration with our agency and markets, including incident management and issue resolution.
- Drive platform performance and technical optimization initiatives, including Core Web Vitals and other infrastructure improvements.
- Contribute to the development of the global D2C eCommerce strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with Retail, IT, Marketing, and local markets.
- Develop commercial guidance for best-in-class execution and use of platform for markets to meet our business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance, providing actionable insights and support to local markets.
- Support in preparation and presentation at global events and meetings to markets and top management.
Education, Qualification & Experience:
This challenging position requires a highly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, living and breathing our L&S values. You are passionate about eCommerce technology and enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (master’s degree preferred). You bring at least 5 years’ experience in eCommerce Operations Management and/or Product Management, including hands-on experience with Magento2/Adobe Commerce (or a comparable eCommerce platform), Jira/Atlassian tools, and Google Analytics.
You have strong project management, analytical and influencing skills. You show entrepreneurial spirit, result oriented behavior and a high level of business understanding. You demonstrate strong ownership and are highly adaptable to fast-paced working environment. Excellent command of the English language is a must.
