We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Phase 4 HIV Prevention Medical Affairs Research team. This role will support evidence-generation priorities for LEN PrEP, including Phase 4 Gilead-sponsored, collaborative, and investigator-initiated research; proposal development and review; and translation of research findings into abstracts, manuscripts, and scientific presentations. The ideal candidate brings strong methodological expertise in observational, clinical, and/or implementation research, a solid understanding of HIV prevention and treatment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with internal and external stakeholders. Additional experience with data analysis and statistical software is preferred but not required.
This position is based in Foster City, California & does not provide relocation assistance.

The salary range for this position is: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
