- Support rent collection, resident account balances, notices, eviction documentation, invoices, deposits, and other administrative and financial processes.
- Assist with property operations, including unit turnovers, move-ins and move-outs, service requests, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and routine property inspections.

- Maintain accurate resident records, property files, financial documentation, and compliance records while communicating concerns or operational needs to the Property Manager.
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse group of residents, vendors, prospects, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a motor vehicle record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on community needs.
