WERKEN BIJ GREENBERG TRAURIG Als advocaat op onze vastgoedafdeling ben je onderdeel van een team van advocaten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en fiscalisten in de top van de juridische markt. Je werkt samen aan complexe (internationale) vastgoedtransacties. Je adviseert en begeleidt nationale en internationale cliënten gedurende het gehele proces van ontwikkeling, acquisitie, financiering en divestment. Daarbij combineer je juridisch-inhoudelijke kwaliteit met een pragmatische en commerciële aanpak. Je begrijpt de belangen van cliënten, denkt actief mee over juridisch sterke en praktisch uitvoerbare oplossingen en herkent commerciële kansen waarbij juridische expertise een essentiële rol speelt. Het Real Estate-team van Greenberg Traurig bestaat uit een ervaren en betrokken groep specialisten die actief is binnen het volledige spectrum van de commerciële vastgoedpraktijk, waaronder transacties, notariaat, financiering, projectontwikkeling en omgevingsrecht. Daarnaast houdt het team zich bezig met juridische procedures over publiek- en privaatrechtelijke Real Estate-gerelateerde aspecten. Je werkt nauw samen met kantoorgenoten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Europa en de Verenigde Staten. Daarnaast werk je dagelijks in multidisciplinair verband samen met kantoorgenoten uit andere praktijkgroepen, zoals Bestuursrecht, Finance & Restructuring, Corporate M&A en Litigation. Binnen het team vinden we het belangrijk dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt, initiatief toont en actief meedenkt. Je krijgt volop ruimte om zelfstandig dossiers op te pakken. Samen met advocaten, fiscalisten, (kandidaat-)notarissen en cliënten zorg je voor een zorgvuldige en efficiënte afwikkeling van transacties.
