💰 What We Offer:

• $23/hour based on experience • Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K match, Life Insurance) • Consistent hours: 50–55 hrs./week, Mon–Fri + some Saturdays • Year-round stability + safety-first culture

Qualifications:

• Experience safely driving Tractor / Trailer is preferred.
• This position requires dumping loads, not just transporting.
• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Ability to follow safe operating practices.
• Learn and use interpersonal skills relating to good customer service
• Read, write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments.
• This position requires driving a tractor-trailer to and from waste disposal sites from work sites. Must also be able to secure and tarp load once trailer is loaded.

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL license with air brake endorsement required..
• Must be physically able to get in and out of the truck multiple times while on route.
• Manual transmission experience.
