Maintenance Clerk

We have a Maintenance Clerk position open at our site located in Pflugerville, TX. This position is a Mon-Friday, 7AM-5PM. In this position you will be working w/ vendors, must be able to communicate well, and have excellent time management.

The duties for this position are the following.

• Communicate with Vendors
• Order heavy duty truck parts and materials, Experience preferred
• File truck/dot documents
• Create purchase orders for parts and materials ordered
• Communicate with technicians on the needs of the shop
• Organize and maintain parts in stock
• Truck information/date entry
