We’re looking for a Fulfillment Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Fulfillment Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center and help guide a team of associates, ensuring fulfillment orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
- In collaboration with the Senior Fulfillment Lead, you’ll guide the activities of hourly fulfillment center associates to achieve daily production targets and maintain high-quality standards while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Help train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with the Senior Fulfillment Associates to execute inventory analysis recommendations that result in optimal stock levels and efficient replenishment
- Address escalated issues and trouble challenges that arise to mitigate disruptions
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures in collaboration with the Senior Fulfillment Associates and present recommendations to the Senior Fulfillment Lead
- Partner with the Senior Fulfillment Lead, Logistics and Inventory Control teams to execute the recommendations that help resolve fulfillment-related issues while improving overall operational efficiency
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Execute safety initiatives for the fulfillment center ensuring safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment are adhered too.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace where people genuinely want to work.
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience working in an inventory management, fulfillment / distribution center or warehouse role with some leadership experience including motivating and inspiring a diverse team
- Skilled proficiency in inventory management systems and fulfillment software
- Ability to complete tasks in a resourceful and effective manner
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages of up to approximately 55lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time during your shift.
- Analytically minded with a strong understanding and ability to use data to build compelling narratives and reports.
- Strong computer skills including intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred experience:
- Experience working in a startup environment or fast-paced operations.
- Knowledge of lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements that optimize fulfillment center operations.
- Sit-down/Stand-up forklift certifications
Job Requirements:
This role may involve heavy lifting, exposure to temperature extremes, and prolonged standing, given the nature of the fulfillment center environment.
