Role

Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation as a Sales Development Representative at StackOne, fueling US revenue growth in agentic integrations, one of the fastest-moving areas of B2B AI. You'll be one of our first SDRs in the US, working directly alongside our Founding AEs and CEO to build a repeatable outbound and inbound-qualification engine from the ground up.

Full ownership of pipeline creation across inbound and outbound, partnering closely with the CEO, Founding AEs, prospecting our three ICPs, running outbound sequences, and booking qualified meetings with flagship US accounts. Early motion, real traction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own US pipeline generation targets tied directly to qualified meetings booked and pipeline created.
• Generate and qualify leads across inbound (PLG-driven developer traction) and outbound motions.
• Prospect three ICPs: AI-native startups building agents, enterprise teams embedding AI into existing products, and SaaS platforms embedding StackOne for their customers.
• Build and iterate on the US outbound motion (account targeting, messaging, sequencing, experimentation).
• Research accounts and personas deeply enough to speak credibly about APIs, MCP, and integration architecture in first conversations.
• Qualify inbound leads from PLG-driven developer traction and route them cleanly to the AE with strong context.
• Partner with the AE to hand off qualified opportunities and support smooth transitions into full-cycle sales conversations.
• Collaborate closely with Founding Growth (Marketing) to refine outbound messaging and sequences for technical buyers.
• Help build and test early US outbound playbooks, messaging frameworks, and account lists.
• Track and report on outreach volume, response rates, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience with clear evidence of overperformance and rapid progression.
• Strong track record of owning and hitting pipeline generation targets, not just activity metrics.
• Experience in early-stage or fast-growing startup environments.
• Experience prospecting into iPaaS/integrations, dev tools, APIs, infrastructure, security or other highly technical products.
• Comfortable researching and reaching out to engineers, CTOs, and technical founders.
• Exposure to AI/LLM products, agentic platforms, or meaningful hands-on experience with AI tools.
• High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
