About Your Role

Start your career with a rare opportunity to experience Hearst from the inside—working across businesses and gaining exposure to media, technology and business strategy.

The Hearst Corporate Fellows Program is a two-year rotational program for Class of 2026 graduates. As a Corporate Fellow, you'll complete three to four rotational assignments of approximately 6–9 months each across Hearst's businesses, gaining experience in different areas of the company while contributing to active business priorities.

Assignments will focus on emerging business strategies, product development, innovative content approaches and corporate growth initiatives. Fellows will also participate in special projects, receive mentorship and coaching, and have opportunities to engage with senior leaders across Hearst.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete three to four rotational assignments of approximately 6–9 months each across Hearst businesses.
  • Contribute to assignments focused on emerging business strategies, product development, innovative content approaches and corporate growth initiatives.
  • Work in business-critical roles within different Hearst businesses, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a range of business areas.
  • Participate in special projects selected by program leadership beginning in your second rotation, dedicating approximately 10–20% of your time to these assignments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leaders across Hearst throughout your rotations and special projects.
  • Build your knowledge and skills through Hearst Learning programs and opportunities to meet and learn from Hearst leadership.

How You’ll Grow

The Corporate Fellows Program combines rotational experience with structured support and development throughout the two-year program.

  • Senior Mentor: You'll be paired with a Hearst executive who can provide guidance and career advice.
  • Ongoing Coaching: You'll participate in biweekly one-on-one coaching with your manager.
  • Peer Buddy: You'll be matched with a colleague for informal mentorship and support.
  • Performance Feedback: You'll receive a formal performance evaluation twice a year.
  • Leadership Exposure: You'll have opportunities to participate in meet-and-greets with Hearst leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree, Class of 2026.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative and adaptability.
  • Interest in media, technology and business strategy.
  • Curiosity and an eagerness to learn across different businesses, functions and assignments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teams across an organization.

Where This Can Lead

Upon successful completion of the two-year Corporate Fellows Program, Fellows may transition into a permanent role within a Hearst business, based on performance and business needs.

Compensation

The base salary range below represents the Company's good-faith estimate for this position in the posted work location at the time of posting.

A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, education, geographic location and market considerations.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is:

$85,000—$95,000 USD
