Medical Education Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Medical Education Professional Services Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution and logistical management of educational programs, surgical training labs, and medical education events for healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role ensures that all training events, whether hands-on bioskills labs, virtual webinars, meetings or large-scale symposia are executed flawlessly, on time, and in strict compliance with medical device industry regulations (e.g., AdvaMed Code, Sunshine Act).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedule travel and accommodations for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), according to company and industry Compliance guidelines
· Coordinate and manage onsite visitation program for surgeons visiting the Highridge Medical Global Headquarters located in Westminster, CO
· Maintain training records and database of HCPs that have attended and/or completed surgical training programs
· Communicate travel and program details in an organize and succinct manner, both verbally and written
· Identify and reserve dinner/venues that meet the needs of the specific educational program
· Travel and support Medical Education programs (in-person) when necessary

· Must have ability to travel and support in-person Medical Education programs when necessary
· Must have demonstrated detail orientation, analytical assessment, and alertness to change
· Must have demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
· Must have demonstrated excellence in customer service, relationship building, and teamwork skills
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision
· Must be able to learn and independently assist with all surgical techniques
· Must be able to coordinate and schedule multiple personnel for multiple locations
· Must be able to work with and around Anatomical Materials
· Must be able to life 50 plus pounds of equipment
· Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
Education/Experience Requirements
· Must have High School Diploma or General Education Diploma equivalent
· Basic working experience with Microsoft Office
Travel Requirements
Up to 20%
Salary Range $58,000 - 62,000
