YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER

You’ll be the CFO of your own business area. You own its results and set the bar for quality and analytical depth. You’ll work directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics and scenario analysis, turning numbers into decisions that move the business. Areas rotate periodically, so you keep learning new parts of the company and your business knowledge keeps growing.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- You'll be embedded with teams across the business - understanding what's driving performance, spotting trends early, and helping identify areas for growth.

- You own the numbers for your areas, which means owning the insight quality too: not just reporting what happened, but explaining why and turning insights into business recommendations.

- Day-to-day that looks like building financial models and business cases, running ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets built bottom-up with the teams who own them. Over time, you become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors rely on.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

- We care more about mindset than title. You're commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator - someone who wants to understand the business, not just report on it.

- You're comfortable with data, can spot when something doesn't add up, and know how to explain what you found in plain language to people who don't live in spreadsheets.

- You work well across teams, pick things up fast, and use AI tools to move quicker - not as a substitute for thinking.

- 5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role. Hands-on with financial models and business cases.

- Familiarity with unit economics - MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, contribution margin - is a bonus.

FP&A owns Hostinger’s financial and business KPIs and drives company performance by working side by side with the business. We help shape both short and long term strategy, and our mission is transparency: showing clearly where results stand today and where they’re heading, so the company makes better decisions, faster. We also build the infrastructure behind it. Together with Accounting and Data, we own the pipelines that produce the numbers, and we use AI to automate our whole workflow, from planning to analysis and reporting. Teams get self-service answers in seconds instead of waiting on Finance.

COMPENSATION

Gross salary starting from 5000 EUR/month, with the exact compensation depending on your skills and experience.
