Job scope/summary:

Part of the EMEA Services Pursuit Center, the Intern will join a team of Service Architects, working on some of the most exciting global print opportunities in HP. They will help the team with data management, analysis and input of bid proposals, contract set up and execution.

Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Awareness of Managed Print Services offerings
• Understand Customer business needs, Value proposition, financial drivers and established assumptions
• Develop best in class fleet design proposal, contract evaluation and preparation
• Deal tracking and progress reporting
• Support of critical Bid execution phases, monitoring of the Bid process execution and compliance.
• Coordinate with key HP functions to ensure execution of proposals and signed contracts
• Communication internal/external

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Bachelor/Master – in progress
• Experience in virtual team environment

• Other EMEA languages knowledge would be an asset
