Manager, Supply Chain Management

• Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.
• Material Planning & ExecutionOversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:Ensure all materials are available for production. Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
• Inventory ManagementOwn and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:Maintain inventory within target thresholds. Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
• Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate). Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.
• Demand & Supply AlignmentLead supply/demand reviews:Ensure accurate forecasting and planning. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with:Customers – to understand demand and service expectations. Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability. Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound/outbound flows.
• Tool & Process EnhancementDrive IT tool enhancements to support:Demand planning. Material planning. Reporting and analytics. Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.

Salary range: $120K-150K
