As a Security Intern in Application Security, you will apply your technical skills in client billable services supporting service products using assets and reference architectures. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in implementing and deploying Application Security services, including DevSecOps, Threat modelling, Secure SDLC, and remediation services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist with Implementation Plans: Support the development of implementation plans, testing plans, and deployment plans for security technology and security solutions to address client requirements.

• Learn Security CI/CD Pipelines: Engage with the design and execution of Security CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure delivery of applications.

• Explore Proof-of-Concepts: Participate in building proof-of-concepts for Application Security services and solutions.

• Contribute to Solution Delivery: Assist in delivering solutions that meet client requirements, collaborating with teams to ensure secure and effective implementation.

• Observe Threat Modelling: Learn from experienced professionals and observe threat modelling exercises to gain understanding of secure SDLC practices.

• Exposure to Application Security: Familiarity with application security concepts, including DevSecOps, Threat modelling, Secure SDLC, and remediation services.

• Basic Understanding of Security CI/CD Pipelines: Interest in designing and executing Security CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure delivery of applications.

• Interest in Proof-of-Concepts: Curiosity about building proof-of-concepts for Application Security services and solutions.

• Awareness of Secure SDLC Practices: Exposure to threat modelling exercises and secure SDLC practices.

• Familiarity with Security Technology: Basic understanding of security technology and security solutions to address client requirements.

• Familiarity with Cloud Security: Exposure to cloud security concepts and technologies is beneficial for this role, particularly in relation to application security services.

• Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Basic understanding of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash is advantageous for automating security tasks and workflows.

• Exposure to Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git can aid in collaboration and iterative solution delivery.
