Xvantage Integrations Advisor LATAM

Customer Growth & Platform Adoption

Mission: Drive customer growth by accelerating the adoption of Xvantage integration solutions across Latin America.

About the Role

As a Xvantage Integrations Advisor LATAM, you will help customers identify and implement integration strategies that improve efficiency, increase platform adoption, and support business growth.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead discovery conversations, qualify opportunities, and guide customers through their onboarding journey while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to identify integration and automation opportunities.
• Recommend solutions leveraging APIs, ETO, Integration Hub, MCP, and other Xvantage capabilities.
• Qualify, manage, and advance opportunities within the XI Growth Pipeline.
• Drive customer onboarding and platform adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and customer outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Technology Sales, Business Development, or Digital Commerce.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops.
• Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
