Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Produces daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reporting and dashboards to provide consistent visibility into key performance indicators.
• Administers customer relationship management system activities by maintaining user access, supporting data quality, updating records, and assisting with system adoption and training.
• Analyzes sales, pipeline, customer, and marketing data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities and to support business decision-making.
• Produces standardized reports and visualizations using reporting and business intelligence tools to improve operational visibility and consistency.
• Coordinates sales incentive and compensation administration by maintaining plan inputs, tracking key measures, and enabling accurate reporting for review.
• Facilitates proposal response execution by coordinating required content, validating completeness, and ensuring submission readiness by due dates.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, reporting, business analysis, or a related field required.
• Certification in customer relationship management platform, or business analysis preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills (turning unorganized data into actionable insights).
• Integration, implementation, and management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• General computer skills to operate company systems/programs.

Salary: 2068 - 2955 EUR gross monthly
