The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the successful implementation and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. The role combines deep business analysis expertise with strong Salesforce platform knowledge to define business requirements, design scalable solutions, manage product backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Overall IT experience of 9+ years.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience working on implementation, enhancement, and AMS/support engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skill
